Clear communication, confirmation of address and start time, and friendly movers ready to make their move easy.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure there is a clear path to move your furniture. Make sure all boxes are sealed all bags are completely closed, dresser drawers are emptied, shelves and tables have nothing on them and all of their items to be moved are ready for us to pick up and move as soon as we arrive. All pets or young children are out of the way. The customer does not load or unload their personal vehicle while we’re working and ensure they stay nearby to confirm what goes and once at the new location where items go.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handle all kinds of moves from local to long distance. Office moves for major law firms to commercial moves like the Diamond cellar. We have moved pianos, gun safes and sheds.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Personally my favorite part about being a mover is seeing the comfort in the clients eyes once all is done and surprising them with how well I complete my profession.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew trains with pack perfect and simple move trainers guide. They also stay up to date on movers development workshops yearly training seminar.
