Honestly, we were very disappointed with the services that we received. We had 3 guys to help us load our 26' moving truck, and my husband did more work than 2 of the guys. One of the workers seemed to know what he was doing and was trying to work; however, the other two workers stood around, unsure of what to do. We would have to tell them to just put stuff on the cart and take it down to the truck. Then they would take a load down to the truck and disappear for a long time. It was ridiculous and disappointing; and they also smelled of marijuana very strongly.

Cook's One and Done was awesome. Showed up in the designated window. Kept in contact when they left and when they hit traffic. Still showed in the window. The men were polite and personable. They packed up the trailer really well and strapped sections down. I would reccommend them to anyone needing moving labor help.

The team that helped with my move was Michael, Marcus, and David. They were professional and very good at figuring out how to keep things safe and also maximize the van to fit a lot of stuff in there. They really are a team and it shows because they work so quickly. I would absolutely hire them again. Great job.
