Carlos and Luis did an excellent job in moving my 97 year old grandmother out of her apartment. The were professional, courteous, respectful and timely. I would highly recommend this service and appreciate very much their hard work and friendliness!

fantastic. the three movers managed to fit everything in our large pod, which didn’t seem possible. we moved from a 2-bedroom house, and they got it done for us in 2 hours. on time, careful, quick, super competent movers. i’d use them again for sure.

The people who came were fantastic. They were very helpful and did a great job. They helped us set up and took the time to help us arrange our furniture. Five stars for sure.

The helpers arrived on time and immediately got to helping us unload our U-Haul. Our move was a little tricky because our apartment is on the 4th floor, but the building only had an elevator up to the 2nd floor- and we had some heavy furniture to get up there.
One odd thing was that although the helpers arrived at 9:05, they asked if we were good on our own at 10:30, which was not the 2 hrs we agreed on. My roommate didn't realize and told them they were good to go, and only later realized they had left about a half hour early.
Overall they were very helpful, and nothing was damaged at all!

Carlos was very knowledgeable and organized. Movers arrived on time and prepared. There was a lot to get done and all of it was accomplished in 2 hours. All the movers were very helpful and made the task of loading up the Pack-Rat container a stress-free experience for us. Based on our very positive experience with Pro-Load movers we would highly recommend this company.
