I told them I’d like my arcade unit upstairs, but that it would be a tight fit and that it needed to probably need to stay downstairs. Most movers would take the out and leave it in the easier location. But these movers made it work. Friendly and hard working would fully recommend.

They worked very hard and showed up as expected. Angelo was a Tetris master loading our Packrat containers! We booked them through the Packrat business, Hire a Helper. That is the only part that needs improvement. After the booking with PackRat/Hire a Helper, I got an email from Hire a Helper with an 1-800 # to call to "complete the reservation.". After several days of calling and leaving messages and not speaking with anyone, I have up. I then looked up Above and Beyond, and spoke with someone named Pat and arranged for him to come and move us. Turns out there are TWO Above and Beyond Movers. I ended up having BOTH of them show up on moving day, which was a happy accident, given the 100 degree temps that day. They all worked together. Both movers did a great job. Be careful when booking to avoid confusion.

Movers not on time, Almost 2 hours late. Movers supposed to arrive at 3pm, did not show until well after 4:40 PM. At 3:45 PM I reached out to movers to ask their ETA (if you’re going to be late, please notify your clients in advance). Had to cancel a 5:30 appointment due to movers being so late. Respectful of property, but did put scratches/dents on walls moving furniture up the stairs. Would NOT use again due to extreme tardiness.
