The moving crew was great. They did a wonderful job loading our truck. I was shocked that they were able to get just about everything on it. I didn’t think it was possible. I would highly recommend Angelo and his team. They know how to get the job done in a very professional and caring manner.

Angelo and his team we very quick and efficient and had my truck loaded quickly. He brought 2 more men than I expected or ordered which was fine from the standpoint that they got it done even quicker however it cost me an additional $80 in tip money that I wasn’t expecting. They were great guys and moved everything where I asked them too however sometimes I had to ask them to move things more than once because the 2 younger guys on the crew would just put everything in the garage without asking where is actually belonged. Communication from Hire a Helper could have been better as I received no confirmation that they were coming and had to call that morning to confirm.

I was not pleased with their service AT ALL.
I made sure I contacted them ahead of the day of service to make sure of everything I needed and to verify they could provide the service I was willing to pay for. I was told they would bring a dolly and the necessary tools to put a bed together. I also wrote in the order that after they finished unloading the truck at my home, that we would take the rest of the items to a storage facility.
When they arrived, they had no dolly. The owner, (whom is the one I spoke to on the phone) stated he didn't have his regular work truck so he couldn't bring a dolly so he brought an extra guy instead. Then he refused to put the bed together for me even when we explained how easy it was, he flatly refused!!!. There were boxes marked storage that were sectioned off to stay on the truck that they managed to bring into the house and leave them there. He had no tools with him; I had to give him a screw driver.
As we were getting ready to leave for the storage facility, he informs me there were still some boxes on the truck marked to go upstairs. Instead of going back into my home and taking them upstairs (which is what I paid him to do), he put them in the back of my car.
I ended up paying another service to come out and put my bed together; re-attach the mirror to the dresser and tighten the screws on the entertainment center.
I will have to hire someone to move the boxes to storage that were left in my garage and move the boxes in my garage that are clearly marked upstairs.
It seems, this company just wanted to make money, not do a good job and offer excellent customer service. I ended up paying them an extra hour and still didn't get what I paid for to start with.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM!!!!
PART 2
I was asked to leave a review. I did that above. It states on the website that if I leave a bad review, I WON'T GET HASSLED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER!!!
Well guess what, Above and Beyond Moving Logistics sent me a text message complaining about the review I left them and then blew up my phone by texting me several reviews they got from other customers, one that was quite lengthy.
So, not only would I recommend NOT using them, I would further recommend not leaving any provider a bad review on this website because they obviously have no control over the provider harassing an unsatisfied customer.
Instead of sending me a text complaining about my review, how come he didn't send me a text to see what he could do to make things right. That is what a good business man what have done!!!
