Very disappointed with the quality of the packing. The guys seemed in a hurry because their previous job went long. This is not a reason to do a poor job of wrapping and packing our furniture. Specifically, I had 4 dining room chairs that were damaged. When one of the movers was starting to move the chairs, I said “You’re going to wrap those, right?” and he responded “Yes, we will wrap them outside before packing.” But when our pod arrived at its destination we found NONE of them were wrapped. We also had to ask several times for things to be wrapped—we provided plenty of plastic wrap and then didn’t use it as much as they should’ve. Some of them were wrapped but not well, leaving some damage on a couch that had gaps in the wrap. For some reason they used all our tape to tape blankets—again, every other mover we have used properly wrapped blankets in plastic wrap. We have previously moved in a pod, and our movers in the previous move were meticulous about wrapping each item and we had NO damage from that move. If the company is willing to reimburse use for the cost to repair the items, I will not leave any further negative feedback on other sites.
