Overall I was not very impressed with the workers provided by ACT services. They were on time and seemed willing to try their best, but their experience and skill were very below average for what I expect in dealing with a professional moving company, something akin to hiring a couple college kids to help load a truck, rather than actual professional movers. They damaged a treadmill trying to get it out of a door it wouldn't fit through, and as the job was nearing an end time, rather than asking if there was anything else they could do they were trying to leave early. 3 out of 5 stars overall.

These guys worked very hard and were very helpful! They unloaded a packed 24 FT truck in 2hrs! Awesome job!

Booked Christian touch services online, they called to confirm 1 day latter then called the day before the job to confirm they would be there. They wrapped with moving blankets then shrink wrapped over that. Took very good care of our furniture and other items. They worked hard even though it was between 80-90 degree and high humidity. Would defenitely use them again. Great job.

They were running late but called to check in and to let me know that they were running late. Their tardiness was not completely their fault as it was due to road work between Greensboro and High Point. They were hard workers and completed the job within the two hour time frame. They were respectful of my time and property. I would definitely use them again.
