What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will be on time and ready to take care of their move making it a worry free and stress free experience
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive in company uniforms and after greeting you and doing a walkthrough of what we need to do for you we will put down floor protectors and door covers to protect your home. We will use our equipment to safely and properly move all your furniture and our tools to dissemble or reassemble whatever furniture you need us to. We will make sure everything is exactly where you want it and there isn’t anything else you need done before wrapping up.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Making sure anything they planned to box up is boxed and labeled. If there’s anything important that you don’t want loaded you should have it properly labeled and set to the side.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled thousands of moves consisting of local, long distance, commercial, residential, storage units, pods, senior centers, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is seeing a happy worry free family enjoy moving into their new home and not have to stress about moving their own furniture.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members go through an extensive week long training program before starting with us and after that program they get hands on training with one of senior experienced movers. Every week we have a movers meeting to discuss changes in the industry and see what we can do better as a group to improve.
