The guys arrived a couple hours later than projected but were in frequent contact on ETA. Once here the guys immediately took charge. They kicked into action and didn't let down. Efficient, considerate of property, and very hard working. Unloaded truck and assembled two beds in 1 1/2 hours. They did a great job. I would definitely hire the guys from TBC Movers Incorporated again.

3 out of 4 workers showed up on time. The 4th was an hour late. Even though we had hired 4 workers for 8 hours and stated that it
was a large home, the workers seemed overwhelmed. They were out of sync at times --didn't really seem to be a team. The homeowner and son had to pitch in to get the job done in the time allotted. Hired this company based on the positive reviews, even though they were a bit more expensive. We could have used more information from the company and the workers from the beginning on how to have items ready for loading and what supplies to have on hand. Our first move in many years--they do this daily. The workers were pleasant and courteous to deal with. The company added on the supplies that were used but did not address the cost of the late worker.

It was bothersome that the man was taking a personal call through out the unloading process . It should not have taken as long as it did as I have very little furniture and mostly boxes. I have pervious used Hire a Helper before and they did an amazing job.

The two gentlemen showed up on time and gave prior notice by phone that they were on the way.
They were friendly and got right to it and finished in the 2 hour allotted time. They made a small scrape on the door trim moving a large piece through. We didn't notice it, but they brought it to our attention...very honorable. We appreciate that.

Our two helpers we excellent. They unloaded a 16 ft POD in two hours, brought items to rooms (we have a second floor) and assisted in rebuilding some furniture. Would definitely hire them again!

The movers arrived on time. They didn't bring one item up to my apartment for over an hour. They brought things up one item a time until after the two hours had expired and then they started using the dollies. The movers walked like they were strolling through the park not like they were being paid to do a job. They never offered to help unwrap anything, just put things wherever in the room we said and walked out. They wore headphones the entire time so "what?" got said a lot. I asked them to assemble my bed so I could unpack bedding and that request was ignored twice. They left garbage everywhere, garbage that they said they were going to get rid of. I had to ask them three times to wear their masks properly in my apartment. The entire job took 5+ hours.
