Relocation with Renegade Moving Labor
We are Moving Labor ONLY... You rent the truck we do the loading and unloading.. We also offer junk removal. Have furniture that needs assembled we can do that too. We try our hardest to make our customers happy knowing they can relax and not have to do any of the heavy lifting.

This was a no-show. I'd scheduled two movers for six hours, beginning between 8 and 9 a.m. No one arrived. One of the movers, Rod, called me at 11 a.m. to say the car bringing him and another mover wouldn't start, but his boss, Brad, would call me with substitutes. I loaded a 14' U-Haul truck by myself with only the help of some neighbors. When finished at 2 p.m., I phoned Brad, who said he would have called me, but he couldn't find anyone. Totally unprofessional.

They were here when scheduled and worked straight through until done, about 3 hours. We provided sandwiches for lunch. They were very careful. They were hired to unload our Penski 26 foot truck which had been professionally loaded at the other end. They identified potential 'issues', liked crushed boxes, or scratched furniture prior to removing them from the truck. They attempted to place boxed goods in the correct regions of the house as indicated on the boxes, They readily took advice from us when it was provided and were good problem solvers and quick studies. Both of the crew were our of work construction workers, and one had a side computer servicing business.
I'd hire them again.

The movers were on time. They were very careful with our belongings. They took directions very well as there were questions about where to put things etc. They were extremely polite.

Our helper, Billie, was very friendly and a good worker. Our only complain it that we only had him for less than 2 hours but because we estimated three hours, we were charged the full amount. Also, when trying to get on online quote, I found I have hired the helper when I thought I was just getting a quote so I used one of two dates we were planning and estimated the amount of time needed. If I realized the 'quote' was going to be final, I would have done it differently. Overall, though, the helper was very good, was courteous and on time.
