Ivan and his team at Lucky movers were unbelievably helpful! Wow!!! They loaded my whole three bedroom home into pod in three hours. It was like watching expert Tetris players win a tournament. They took great care of my items and furniture and were astoundingly efficient with space effort and time. I Highly recommend them for any move but especially when using PODS. Great team!!!!!

Lucky Movers exceeded my expectations! The loaders arrived shortly before the expected time and moved swiftly in loading my items into the pod. They took extra care in wrapping all of the necessary items and handled each one with care. Each person was very courteous and asked questions as needed to ensure that they were removing the items that needed to be loaded. I was very happy with the timetable that was given to me and how quickly they completed the task. I would definitely recommend them to others and call them again die any future moves.

They seemed great onsite - showed up on time, were efficient with space in the trailer, and were generally kind. But when I got my stuff on the other end, there was so much damage. Their "efficient" packing of the trailer caused damage to many pieces of furniture, even with blankets and padding that I provided. I'm so disappointed in the end result.

Ivan adjusted the schedule three times for me. PODS made mistakes that impacted when the movers could come. Ivan accommodated each change then showed up exactly on time. He and Carlos were careful in protecting the furniture and did a great job of filling the POD so that the load was even and wouldn’t shift during shipment. I couldn’t have asked for better work. I highly recommend them.

They were very professional and worked hard. Unfortunately unable to get everything in the POD. I think the people who ordered the POD should have given me more information on how to pack things and what size POD I would need.

Ivan told me the amount of items for loading would not take long. He was right. The Lucky Movers got it all loaded in under 2 hours. Initially, we had been told that the elevator would not be working that weekend, but that was not the case, so the loading of the truck was much quicker than I had anticipated. Moving these item down the stairwell may have taken an hour or two longer. We highly recommend the Lucky Movers. They do a complete job safely with special care of loading the truck.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect a call from us within a couple days. Feel free to call, email or text us as well.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
