We booked H&M literally the night before our move, as we got into a bad UHaul accident and lost our previously scheduled movers. They were fast, professional and courteous. They unloaded our 26' truck in about 90 minutes. The kind and caring crew arrived early and we got started before our scheduled time. I would highly recommend H&M Movers to anyone looking for an efficient and affordable move in Philly!

HIRE. THIS. COMPANY! We booked H&M for 2 hours to help us load the heaviest items into our 26 foot truck prior to our move from PA to UT and we are truly grateful we did. The scheduling, communication, and pricing was clear, conscience, and professional. The day before the loading was scheduled Hector reached out to discuss the weather forecast and provided alternative times to avoid the expected thunderstorm. He and Anthony arrived prior to our new 7 am start time and immediately began expertly loading our items and kindly recommended how we could better protect some furniture and box springs. They handled the heavy items with ease, and expertly packed the truck with the rest of our household goods. They even carefully removed the top of our large and heavy treadmill (with the tools they brought!) so that it could clear the basement doorway and did not damage the walls. All the while they did this backbreaking and challenging work they were friendly, encouraging, and helpful. I think we would still be trying to fit all of our household goods into that truck if it were not for Hector and Anthony; they worked with an urgency and yet carefully as if it was their move, and their household goods. Hector mentioned, all while hauling a huge and heavy couch, that he has been loading moving trucks for over 20 years and there is not doubt that this is true. We arrived in UT safely and not one piece of furniture, or that heavy treadmill, was damaged or shifted in our 2300 mile trip. I cannot recommend them enough and say again, HIRE. THIS. COMPANY.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced

Meeting different people from different cultures & being able to put smiles on peoples faces during a stressful time
