Great experience! Movers were fast efficient and friendly. I hired them twice for a complicated move. On the first day they were late just as we were by a few minutes. I tried to be respectful and easy going. I hate giving people orders and extra work. I always avoid that. Sometimes it felt like I was being treated by a boss instead of me hiring the help. The first move went smooth, I asked if we could push a bed up to the second floor, first thing dropped on me was the 'weiver' word. I pushed it up myself and had my younger sister hold it at the top. The second truck when it oppened and i quote "wow thats a Lot more than 2 hours", once they were in the elevator, I took out everything from the truck and organized it neatly for them. And I didn't even get NO tip.
Not very careful with most of my things stuff would fall, idk it felt sloppy......
I tipped them 20/each on the first day, 20 for both on the second. I dont know if this is a reco tho.

Hecker and Steve were very nice and experienced movers. They were very personable and made my moving process as easy as it could have been. I would highly recommend them to others who are moving and would say that they maximized their space and with their expertise were able to get the job done very efficiently. It was a pleasure working with them and I thought they did a great job of carefully moving my stuff and making sure that everything was handled with care.

I was so impressed with H&M Movers! They arrived on time, began working immediately and did a phenomenal job packing the storage POD. They took extra precautions to protect my furniture and did an expert job maximizing the capacity of the POD. I would absolutely recommend them and plan on using them for all my future moving needs. I'd give them six stars if I could!

H&M did a great job with unloading. They were friendly and professional. It was raining before they arrived and I was concerned the larger furniture would be hard to move without getting water/dirt on them but they very careful and quick, finishing the job faster than I expected.

secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced
