We were extremely pleased with the assistance we received from the office and field crew at H&M Movers. Mary Rivera checked in with me promptly to confirm the arrangements and called the day before to ensure everything remained on track. The three workers arrived a little late after being caught in traffic. But once on the job, they made short work of the 26-foot rental truck. The crew was courteous, professional and quick. They treated our belongings with respect. And they were very friendly and easy-going. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of assistance.

They were on time and very helpful. Everything came into the house in the same condition it came off the truck. Even when we realized we needed help moving a piece of furniture that was already in the house in order to bring the new stuff in, the guys were more than willing to help.
They were friendly and fast. The movers themselves were some of the best I've ever hired.
Their manager called a few too many times to confirm for my taste, but some people may be comforted by that, so I don't know that it really counts against them.

I waited until I reached my destination before responding in order to determine if the packing of the truck was done well enough that my household goods came through our cross country trip unscathed. The loading and packing of the truck was done very well. There was some rubbing of surfaces that resulted in some limited furniture finish damage. We had a lot of china which we box packed our selves. These boxes came through unscathed with no obvious damage to the boxes. My only minor criticism would be for them to use more furniture pads. I had 36 which they used 24 of.
They were on time, courteous, and worked with me when my truck rental company did not have my trucks ready on time and the schedule had to be adjusted.
Overall the work was very professionally done and I would recommend them to others.

secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced
