I would like to say that I was a little reluctant to use this service since I had never heard of them before.
After speaking with a very nice young lady I was put at ease with this process.
I liked the fact that you are not charged until the day before your move and that your monies are held in escrow until you release them with the confirmation of a completed job.
With that being said after careful review we chose Servicequest Moving because of all of the 5 star ratings. When speaking with the gentleman on the phone I told him that I read a lot about Brian and laughingly said I want him on my moving jobs and he said proudly I AM BRIAN !
So Brian and his co workers we on our job :)
Words cannot explain how confident I was after speaking with Brian and he is a man of his word!
Great job on both days of our move, first day with Angelo and the second day with Jamal.
Professional, experienced and a real pleasure to work with.

Brian and his team arrived about 10 minutes before the schedule time ready to go. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them!

Brian was great to work with. He brought 2 guys with him. One of the guys was also great. The other guy apparently was newer and needs some training. He started by working on our very small kitchen, which half of it was already packed. He took forever, and forgot to pack all our pots and pans. He packed other things in our house and threw just 2 or 3 items in big boxes and taped them up with two-thirds of the box being empty. To pack a box well, you must fill the entire box or things will shift and break. Towards the end of the time, he started throwing items in trash bags, this includes breakable items as well as heavy items, despite their being plenty of packing materials left to work with. The POD was packed pretty well in the beginning, but at the end things got a little less well packed. I called Brian to explain how I was unhappy about forgetting to pack the pots and pans and how the end of the POD was not packed well, he did come and pack the rest of the kitchen items and fix the POD. I was able to fit some more things in the POD that needed to be packed though. Another downside, we went to unpack our belongings, and about 50% or more of the boxes the inexperienced guy packed were not marked. To say the least, every box opened is a surprise as to what is in it. I do think Brian was very responsive in fixing our issues. As I said Brian and one of the guys were great and if it was just them, I think that I would have given a 5 star rating.

These men are men of men. They worked diligently as they were both early and showed expertise from the start.
I didn't know what I was going to do and I know how difficult it is to moving having done there job myself.
Brian and Alfonso, hopefully I have their names right, because I am poor with names, but would remember them, anywhere, because of their uniqueness.

They came on time and did a good job.
They were really good in handling the heavy pieces of furniture and careful about not dropping a single piece.

The movers were awesome!!! They arrived on time and completed our move in less than the estimated time. They made sure to put our furniture and items where we wanted them. They were friendly, polite and professional. We have used other moving companies in the past but this company is by far the best. Using hire a helper made the process easy.

They can expect a phone call within 24 hours to introduce ourselves and to answer any question or concerns about the process and assure them that they made a great decision in hiring ServiceQuest Moving
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you 24 hours before your scheduled move date to reconfirm your scheduled start time. On the day of your move, we will call or text message you with the exact ETA. Once arrived our uniformed trained professionals will greet you and request a walkthrough. At this time you can point out to the team the items that are going and the items that are not going.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Prior to moving day, have all boxes labeled and inventoried. Make sure all walkways are clear of all items and secure all household pets
What types of moves have you handled?
As a third-generation moving company, We have handled every type of move possible such as very large estate moves, large and small commercial moves along with unique item moves. You name it, we have done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is meeting the customers. It's interesting meeting people from all over, some that become lifelong friends. I also like to problem solve and moving can be complicated. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I can ease the tensions of the clients with a seamless move.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I train my crew members by teaching them the proper techniques of lifting and how to properly handle furniture along with common sense. Moving is not about how strong you are. Knowing what to do before you even do it, is what makes a great mover
