Tyrone and his crew were wonderful. He called me frequently to keep me up to date on arrival time. When they arrived, they were very courteous, respectful of my home and efficient. They worked hard and never stopped! He had me check when all was completed before leaving. Very pleased and would definitely use again for large or small job.

This the eighth move we have made and we understand things can happen along the way. We chose HireaHelper after reading comments by others and there was not one negative comment. Tyrone and his people arrived at our home on time and were pleasant to deal with. While things were being moved from our house some marks were made on the walls, one of which would need some Spackle and a touch up with paint but nothing serious. One thing that did catch my attention was when the loading was completed the bulkhead wasn't installed properly (or at all), but was in place when the trailer arrived at our new house. Obviously, the ABF people had fixed the problem somewhere along the way. So far so good.

>When the trailer was opened it was obvious some things had gone wrong beyond the normal things that take place when household furnishings are packed into a trailer and bounced along the road for hundreds of miles. Let me say here that my wife and I had taken great pains to minimize damage to our property. We paid $240 for blankets and used them liberally, we use up a large role of shirk wrap applying it to many pieces of furniture, many items were wrapped in packing paper, we used as often as possible heavy duty boxes, etc, etc.

>* A large wooden table has a deep, very serious gouge, a smaller gouge and a banged up edge. A heavy metal snow shovel had landed on the table cutting through the moving blanket. The sharp corner of the shovel made a mess of a very nice table. I'll try to patch it but chances it will look like a patch. I can't do anything about battered edge. It will just have to look tacky.

>* We have a number of very nice pictures and they were covered in blankets and packed in U-Haul picture boxes. Each box said on the outside,(there are about five or six) "Picture: Do not lay flat." Almost every box was not only laid flat, each was stacked on top of the other. We haven't opened up the boxes yet and we just hope they are not ruined. As mentioned, each was carefully wrapped in moving blankets and we hope our packing compensated for the loading of them.

>* We left the upright piano uncovered so the loaders could get hold of it. In the trailer, some long pieces of metal shelving material was placed along side the bottom end of the piano and it now has some pretty bad scrape marks. We fixed it with Old English but again, a nice piece of furniture is banged up which shouldn't have happened.

>* Many boxes were badly smashed and it appears heavier boxes were loaded onto lighter boxes. The best example was a box with lamp shades in it. The box was smashed and of the four lamp shades in , the top two were totally smashed. Other boxes were split open. One box with table lamps (without the shades on them: They were in the other box.) was smashed, bending the top of one lamp over. In most cases it could be fixed. But the lamp is very old (it was my mother's) and the top is put together different than newer lamps. I tried to bend it back into shape but it took a major hit and I don't know if it can be repaired or not. At this point it is a mess.

>We could go on but the above are example of some of the things that happened. Tyrone called me and we talked. He is a very nice, concerned person. I feel bad about the rating I gave but it had to be said. If other people see my comments, they will probably be like me and, in view of the many positive comments, just assume the negative comments came from a basically unhappy person and should be ignored.

Just Us Movers was a total lifesaver! They were punctual, hard working, professional and incredibly polite. I had a ton of stuff and should’ve ordered a larger pod, but these guys made it work! My pod looked like a game of Tetris, still can’t believe it all fit! They even moved upstairs furniture that I did not pack in my pod, but am planning on selling. I ended up needing them to stay longer to finish the job, and without a complaint they stayed an additional 1.5 hours. I will absolutely hire Just Us Movers for anytime I am moving and have already recommended them to multiple friends. I can’t stop talking about my experience! Moving is already stressful and trying, however Just Us Movers greatly reduced all of my stress. Just go ahead and hire Just Us Movers; you will not regret it.

I had some large , heavy appliances to move. Tyrone was wonderful. He called me a few times in advance to follow up, he arrived on time, no delays. He was very curteous , helpful . He worked hard, fast and clean. I would definetely use his services again. I strongly recommend him.

Tyrone and Herb were lifesavers. They arrived on time, were extremely polite and courteous, and worked extremely hard. Our move ended up taking 2 1/2 hours longer than we thought it would, and when we started to get stressed about time Tyrone assured us “We’re staying til it’s done.” They also had the Uhaul 3/4 of the way loaded with all of our stuff when my roommate and I remembered that we have an entire storage closet full of more boxes that we forgot to tell them about .......They gracefully handled the news when I’m sure they wanted to kill us! Cannot recommend them enough.
