They were on time, and nice, but they worked pretty slowly and didn't pack well for an inter-state move (packed more for a city move). The company used for unloading was shocked the loading had been done by professionals. They said they assumed it was just me and my buddies packing. A piece of a desk was also broken when one of the guys fell on it. We also ended up having to leave some items that didn't fit, but I think probably could have if packed better.

Silverback did a great job helping me move furniture into my new office. Jerry and Kevin showed up during the arrival window ready to get straight to work. They had a great positive attitude which is something I think is an underrated for movers. They didn't hesitate jumping in and following direction. I would definitely hire them again.

Awesome experience and I would highly recommend using Silverback packing and moving. The team we had was extremely professional, personable, and still very quick. They moved our items from a 3rd floor one-bedroom apt., wrapped our shelves, and miraculously loaded our belongings into a relo cube. This is after an attendant at the relo cube location scoffed at us when we asked if our belongings would fit. Silverback packing and moving definitely exceeded my expectations. Overall the entire move took 2 hrs and I couldn't think of a better way to have moved.

Jerry and Willy were an hour late. They worked well together and worked their asses off being extremely careful with every piece they loaded to avoid any damage to our belongings. They were not particularly prepared for the job, but kept complementing us on how prepared we were with having boxes packed and labeled, tape, shrink wrap, blankets. and rope ready and available. They both stated that this was one of the easiest moves they had done due to our preparedness. We were disappointed that with the two containers ( a 16' and a 7') that that stated they could not fit two outdoor lounge chairs, the cushions for the chairs, and an umbrella stand in either container. Both were very polite, professional, and courteous. The big surprise at the end, which we were not prepared for, was their request to be paid in cash and were not able to provide us a receipt for the cash we paid them saying that they were "private contractors". They finally agreed to sign a make-shift receipt on a piece of scratch paper. Other than the two flies in the ointment mentioned above, we would highly recommend, without hesitation, the super wonderful Jerry and Willy!

They did a great job. Carefully wrapped all of our furniture, were very adept at loading boxes quickly and organized everything in the POD such that it would stay in place during the move. They were prepared and worked hard and fast.

We hired 2 helpers to move a bunch of our furniture and boxed belongings. They came right on time and gave it their all from the beginning to the end of the 2 hours we hired them. They took great care to make sure our paintings and China cabinets were properly wrapped and transported from the apartment. At all times they were respectful to us and our things. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future when I need help.
