Overall, they were great. They moved me quickly and none of my things were damaged. They were friendly and had a very upbeat attitude throughout the process. They were about an hour and half late, however. That was frustrating, but once there they made up for it by showing real hustle.

Arrived on time. We hired them to move bigger furniture items down a flight of stairs and into a truck. They fast, professional, and careful not to damage any of our belonging. They brought the furniture dolly with them, make sure to ask them to bring it in your initial request. Would recommend them and would use them again.

Other than forgetting to bring a dolly, the men were very careful and sorted through the boxes, looking at labels to see what was breakable and what was not. They stacked the boxes accordingly. They were mannerly and addressed any concerns. I would hire them again if they picked up the pace a bit and wouldn't forget a dolly.

Excellent service! I couldn't be more happy to have found this website and Big Bro Moving. I moved to TX from NC and after that long drive I got in late Saturday night and these guys showed up as I requested and made it happen. They moved everything from the moving truck to my third story apartment within the 2 hours promised. They were professional and they worked really quickly. I'd recommend to anyone looking for help during a move.
