Short story: Not professional and not good for long moves! Do not hire.
Long story:
We are moving 4 states away and decided to go with Upack. We needed to hire movers that would pack high and tight per UPack's instructions. Upack directed us to hire-a-helper. On the list of movers, I chose Go Pro Moving Inc. The "inc" part is important because they are not the same as Go Pro Movers who have several stellar reviews. That was the first mistake. A person reached out via text message upon booking through hireahelper. The company scheduled arrival time between 9 and 10 am. At 9:20 on move day, two young men (teenagers) arrived. They had a dolly/hand truck and some furniture moving squares. They did not have rope or wrapping despite the description on hire-a-helper saying they would provide this free of charge as part of their service.
I tried explaining all they needed to load since it was not the entire house. The problem was there was a bit of a language barrier so communication was limited and I don't think they understood my needs. They were not professional movers and did not understand they needed to pack high, tight and thoughtfully because we had not rented the entire trailer. We had about 80 boxes, about 10 pieces of small furniture, and about 6 pieces of large furniture, including 2 large TVs. No bed frames, no mattresses, and no dressers.
The young men did get all of the stuff into the trailer in a bit over two hours. BUT!
We had originally contracted 7-10 feet of the trailer with Upack. Because the young men did not pack the trailer well, they were at 20 feet of a 26 foot trailer. I was so frustrated with the result, I told them that was fine, tipped them and sent them on their way. We then proceeded to spend the next SEVEN HOURS rearranging the entire trailer. Furniture was put in last when it should have been put in first, boxes were haphazardly stacked with zero regard for weight or fragile contents. If you are actually looking for professional movers, do NOT hire this company. You get what you pay for.

The movers did a good job once they actually got to the move. It took a long time for them to figure out where to go and thus the move was delayed because neither mover spoke any English.

The only plus I can say is that they showed up on time. I didn't check the reviews beforehand or probably would have selected a different company. I had a similar experience to another review.
Unfortunately, the guys that showed up were pretty young and ill-suited for moving activities. I'd guess they were high school students. They moved slow, bickered and fought with each other, and didn't really know how to load (started moving small stuff and cluttering up the box truck instead of getting big items first). It didn't take long before I realized that this wasn't happening unless we also jumped in and worked.
It was a small move...1br apartment, everything already boxed and all furniture was disassembled and ready to load. Last time we did this move it was a different moving company...two guys showed up, packed, met us at new location, unpacked and were done in 1.5 hours without me lifting a finger. This crew took 2.5 hours with two of us helping them. They dropped some furniture. They didn't use any of the moving blankets I provided and as a result a lot of stuff got scratched up. It took them probably 10 extra minutes to get to the destination; not sure what happened there. At the unload destination, we had to go hunt them down and found them playing bumper cars with the furniture dollies. We will probably just do this ourselves next time.

They showed up within the time frame agreed upon, however they did waited a significant amount of time prior to getting started regardless of having several discussions. I had to start moving my stuff on my own. Despite having paid extra for having stairs, they were adamant that they would not moving anything up or down stairs. They also disappeared between the house we were moving out of and the one we were moving into until the booked time was basically up. Not to mention they flipped a whole box marked fragile in large letters and broke all our glassware.

Upon first inspection, great service. Showed up in the allotted time frame, worked hard and moved everything I needed without my help. Had their own tools and dolly. Now that I’m going through my things, I can see some of my furniture is scratched up, and some of my stuff got banged into walls or railings. Overall they did a good job, the scratches on my furniture is a little disappointing.
