One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a moving company. One of the movers literally just stood around looking like he had never done a moving job before. He acted as if he didn’t want to even be there. When I booked I requested they assemble my bed which they brought no tools to assemble the bed.

I hired this company with the expectation of receiving professional, efficient packing services to properly load my container and maximize the available space. Unfortunately, the service delivered was far below an acceptable standard. The crew that arrived did not appear to have the necessary experience, and communication was difficult, as only one team member spoke English.
Before the work began, I clearly instructed the crew that certain items needed to be packed first. Instead of acknowledging this or adjusting their approach, they responded with noticeable attitude and proceeded to disregard the instructions entirely. Although the initial portion of the container was packed in a somewhat organized manner, the quality of their work declined rapidly. They began placing items haphazardly, with no structure or strategy, wasting valuable space and creating a disorganized and unstable load.
As a result, I was forced to spend additional time reorganizing the container myself to recover space and ensure items were properly arranged. Even after doing so, the container filled up prematurely, leaving me with additional items that now require separate shipping. I also now need to inspect everything carefully due to the careless way items were thrown in.
Overall, the service was unprofessional, inefficient, and did not meet the basic expectations of a paid moving and packing service.

They had to change the scheduled time but they arrived only 40 minutes beyond my original schedule. They worked very hard, did as instructed. I would definitely recommend them to others.
