They showed up late but they did call and that was the highlight.
They were informed that there was two heavy pieces. They could not get the first piece moved and rested it on the back and put a hole in the chest. This was part of a 7k bedroom set.
The other heavy piece, a desk, I heard.a loud boom and went to see what happened. All I saw was both of them looking at the desk.
Both pieces now have several nicks and scratches due to them.
If Aaron and a helper come and you have nice furniture, strongly suggest you turn them away

Just had three guys from Hire a Helper come and move a huge piece of artificial turf (500 lbs. plus) and install it in our batting cage. They were unbelievable! They figured out how to get it moved quickly, swept everything up, laid it out perfectly and then carried away all the trash.
I couldn't be happier, and for the price it was a better value than I expected. These guys were good! 6 stars.

They were great. Communicated with us very well in advance of their arrival (weeks, a few days, and then the morning of). They were on time and very professional. Aaron was super friendly and had obviously been doing this awhile. They worked really hard and consistently and seemed to be having fun the whole time. Our furniture was wrapped very well. Highly recommend!
