Booked for 9am. They gave me advance notice it might about 30 mins longer, but not much longer since the customer before me only had boxes to move. On move day, they kept pushing the time and estimated arrival at 2pm. They seemed irritated when I tried to get a guarantee since I had to get everything moved that day. They couldn’t guarantee 2pm, so I called Hire A Helper and they found another provider at the last minute. I was so grateful and the replacement provider did an excellent job.

I would recommend Mark and his team to my very own family and closest friends. They we extremely kind, efficient and family friendly. Not only did they quickly unload the moving truck, they were both also thoughtful of my young children and my nervous pup. Mark went above and beyond to make our move easier.

If I had to hire someone to load my truck over again I wouldn’t have gone through Hirehelper and hired Hungry Daddy Movers. Mark walked into my home like he owned the place, was disrespectful of me and my parents, ignored my repeated instructions to use the furniture blankets to wrap heirloom furniture and tv, refused to use the ties we supplied, and worked to death the young man that was working with him, while tossing around fragile boxes like they were his own and was careless. Several pieces of my furniture and lamps are damaged due to his roughness and it was the worst pack job that I’ve ever seen. We spent the entire next day repacking the truck, wrapping furniture, mirror, and tv all that we had asked to be wrapped in the blankets we had purchased just to ensure no further damage would be done. It has taken me a week to write this review because I have been so upset by the lack of customer service, the rudeness, and lack of professionalism from someone who constantly said to trust him he has done this for years! Well, folks DO NOT TRUST HIM and if you dare place your belongings in his hands do not expect them to end up in good condition. Bri worked hard and deserves a gold medal for working with a person that has no consideration for others.
