I had a horrible experience. Although the workers came at the agreed upon time, they treated my personal items like garbage. I have extensive damage to several pieces of furniture and have yet to hear back from them for resolution. I would use HireAHelper.com again, but stay away from Superior Service. There was nothing superior about their service.

2 man crew arrived 15 minutes before scheduled start time to unload rental truck I used to move my mother-in-law's furniture to her new place. They were friendly, courteous and never stopped working. I had allotted 3 hours for the job and they finished a little before that. Took great care with her things and I would not only recommend them, I plan to tell my friends to call them for any moving needs.

They came with equipment and ready to work. They were very respectful of the house items were being moved from and took care not to damage walls, etc.. and some of the furniture was awkward to move.
I highly recommend and would definitely ask for them again. I was very pleased.

Danny and Chris called 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival time to let us know they were on their way. They arrived right on time and quickly and seemingly effortlessly moved a bunch of heavy furniure from our second floor to our garage (for a garage sale the next day) with care and no damage to anything. They were very friendly and professional. They completed a 2 hour job in about 40 minutes. We would definitely call on them again for this sort of simple move.

They were not careful. Scratched a table, broke a plastic piece off my TV and chipped my stereo stand. All of my furniture is new less than 3 months old. They didn't bother to tell me either.

My 2 helpers to load a rental truck from my storage unit were on time, friendly and professional. They packed the truck like a jig saw puzzle and 300 miles later everything was in perfect shape. I'll never do it myself again!

We had a great experience with hire a helper, the movers Demetri and John arrived early and were done quicker then we expected. They were hard workers and Demetri really new his trade he packed the truck better than I could have done on my own. Everything was loaded carefully and nothing damaged. We would definitely recommend and use them again.

Showed up 1 hour and 45 mins late. They did call to tell me they would be late but I was on a time crunch with the moving truck company. Superior Service gladly refunded some money for my trouble.
The "helpers" were clean and polite. They worked at a fast speed and were able to help me finish loading quickly.

I would definitely recommend this service! Although they were late, they called to keep me posted about their arrival time. I was actually glad they were late because I still had some packing to do.
Danny and (I forgot the other mover's name-sorry) were courteous,friendly, fast and worked hard until the job was done. They were careful and respectful and even after the job was done, they asked if there was anything else that they could help with.
I would definitely recommend this service and use them again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.
