The Superior Service team showed up and we spoke about a few things and they went straight to work. They were very organized and knew exactly how a truck should be packed. They did a really great job organizing everything and kept things moving. This was a small job with just a 12' truck. However there was heavy furniture and they figured out the most efficient way to pack it! This is a cross country drive so the truck has to be loaded so that it will not shift in transit and they knew how to do that!

The crew was very diligent in unloading our pods. They let me know of damage to our furniture right away before bringing it in problems and pointed out the issues from the previous loaders of not tying the furniture down. They were fast, efficient, would highly recommend.

Chris and Raphael were prompt and courteous. They got right to work and finished under the 2 hours scheduled. We were moving my 90 year old mother in law and they were very patient listening to her requests. This is the 2nd move we’ve done using Hire-a-helper and could not be more satisfied with the professionalism and care of the movers.

Very good experience. I would hire them again for my next move if I were moving to DFW. Very clear communication. They called me when they arrived and came prepared with their equipment. I just provided rope to strap things down and I already had ratchet straps for other things and they went ahead and used those too.
Very quick work and very respectful of our belongings. 12/10 would recommend to everyone for a move/load/unload.
I learned they like popsicles, so if you want to be extra nice you should get some for them :)

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
