The gentlemen were on time and very friendly. They clearly wanted the customer to be happy with their service. 1) I know it may seem like a small detail, but one of the reasons I went with this company was because they listed that they included rope with their service. They did not have rope. 2) Even though they moved my items with care, I had to suggest a number of "repacking configurations" to fit more things on the truck. They nicely questioned my thoughts a few times, but did go along with my wishes. I was simply under the assumption that they were skilled packers as well as strong backs. 3) Having not hired a service like this before, I didn't know how long it would take to accomplish the job. Not wanting to run over time, I did about 3 hours of prep work alone before they showed up. We finished loading the truck in about half the paid shift. Is there a way for a customer to pay as you go (with a minimum charge, of course) so you don't waste your money? I have no experience guessing how long a truck with take to pack. Live and learn, I suppose.

The movers arrived on time and we're pleasant. For the most part they did a great job, The main guy was great, he worked hard and was very careful with my belongings. The other helper I feel could have moved quicker and needed to be more careful with my belongings, I had several boxes brought in to my house upside down and several of my dishes were broken. I would use them again if he got a different helper.

The three gentlemen who unloaded our truck were very respectful. They looked out for each other, and the more experienced guy was instructing the others on how to lift correctly. They were very conscious on not damaging any walls or items. I had a very large and heavy treadmill that I wanted in my bedroom, and they navigated it through the doorways without any incident. I highly recommend them!

These guys were incredible! They did not damage one single item. They happily and cheerfully unloaded all of my stuff in a very challenging environment (super hot, no breeze, huge truck, heavy items, up stairs). They were not able to start on time, but they gave me notice and stayed in touch until they arrived. They stayed until everything was done, which was an hour over the amount of time I had booked them. You won’t regret hiring them.

They were great... on time and even finished early. They were so efficient in packing our truck from our POD. They asked relevant questions and they were easy to direct with our concerns. It was also well into the 90s and they just worked hard and everything was pack to ride in the truck and when we add more items to the truck we were able to move a few items around and didn’t have to shift anything that they had already packed. If you need loaders these are the guys to do it and I would use them again if I move back to the area.
