Don't use them. Unprofessional, couldn't do the job per directions, continued to ask for additional monies, and overall bad experience.

Mover's response:

We went out of our way for these people even added extra guys I personally packed the truck. I own my company not even a thank you the only extra charge we asked for was to cover shrink wrap we provided and was pre-approved by her husband. This was not a fair review. This does not reflect our company in any way. Please see our other reviews and you can judge us by that. Sorry these customers were not satisfied. I think they or I'm prepared nothing was packed all in loose bags and very unorganized. Moving is hard and really no one has training. But my guys are not robots we work very hard and try and give every customer 100%.

The 2 workers did everything I asked. The cost was way more than advertised and am pretty upset that for 2 workers for 2 1/2 hours cost more than the Budget truck I rented for 3 days.

Unfortunately when hiring a service there is always a minimum. We have no control over that price. Although actually you got three workers for the price of two. You also asked for additional help after the job was completed. You asked if the men would follow you out of town to complete another job separate from the first one. They drove 2 hours rt drive time and 30 minutes load time This was an additional cost separate from your hired helper job and you agreed on the rate per hour. We're sorry for any inconvenience. Although my men did complete both jobs 100%.

On time, efficient. The team was great!! Worked well together. Thoughtful, respectful, courteous. I was moving my mom from her apartment to assisted living. It was a difficult time for me and they made it as easy as possible. Can’t say enough as to how thankful I am for their help. Would highly recommend them. Thank you .
