Absolutely NOT! My phone interactions with Holland started off well; I was expecting high-quality service. They were on time, but the benefits stopped there. I paid for two men to move nothing but furniture,with an elevator, no boxes, nothing major--one man (hard-worker) got started when he entered my apartment...the other man was in the parking lot somewhere with James Holland killing time for 13 minutes before he ever even came inside. And HE NEVER CAME BACK IN! They had NO TOOLS. They asked us for tools, we had none so they disassembled my bed with a butter knife we had in the house. They promised padding, but said it was only for the inside the truck. When I asked them not to scratch my dining table they used my sheets, then threw them on the ground. When my husband told Mr. Holland (who was not working, just talking/supervising) and the man responsible for "truck loading" that they were going too slowly, the man told my husband "HEY MAN PEOPLE PAY BY THE HOUR EVERYDAY...STOP BEING CHEAP!" How unprofessional can you be??? My husband and I, along with a friend moved 60% of the stuff ourselves because of the super SLOW nature of the "helpers". They kept asking us to put our stuff down so they could move it instead--that would have taken forever. When we arrived to our destination my GLASS TABLE WAS SHATTERED. Mr. Holland and his mover told me they would give me a piece of used glass the mover had on a table at his house. WHAT??? When we refused this insane offer, Mr. Holland promised to reimburse for the damages...it's been almost two weeks--NOTHING. I've sent quotes (as requested), my husband and I have called and emailed him, and he has yet to address our damaged property. He always says he call us back: he doesn't. He sent an email that said "I have received your e-mail." That is all. If you value your time, money, and property try someone else.

Holland Real Estate Services were the most professional contract crew we have ever hired. They moved our property carefully, never bumping walls or handling anything roughly. They were contentious about how items were stacked, being mindful of boxes marked fragile, and packing the PODs with an engineering-like precision. In fact, we were able to return one POD unused. Near the end, we had some things that didn’t seem to fit. They took the time to unpack a portion and re-pack it to fit everything securely. I could not have been more pleased with their professionalism and skill. Most remarkable was that during the entire 4 hours, they were invariably courteous and, for lack of a better word, happy. They never passed me in the hall without an “excuse me sir.” They smiled and were friendly to my family. They would ask me questions anytime there was uncertainty to ensure they were following my preferences. They would communicate with each other about different items and how to best pack them as if they really took pride in their work and enjoyed their job. To see a crew appear so warm and friendly while working so efficiently and skillfully provided much needed assurance during an otherwise stressful time. I could not recommend them any more highly!

Holland Real Estate Services was personable, easy to talk to about the move, we scheduled a move of a 4 bdrm home with two men and 24' truck.
The truck was a perfect size, the men packed the furniture and the boxes with care and very snug. They took alot of time to ensure the packing was tight and took full advantage of any space. The movers were very courteous and easy to talk too.
Holland has one of the most competitive price schedules on the market.
If I had a critique it would be that the movers were a tad slower than expected and this added a full hour to the move. When your charged by the hour this was not budgeted. However the men did work very hard in the hot sun without a single complaint.
I would recommend Holland's Services for future customers.

Leroy and Bobby did my move and were quite professional, on time (7:50 AM on a Saturday) and clearly very good at moving, and packing a truck. I would happily use these guys again. They were careful, methodical, and worked with unrelenting tenacity through 100 degree heat without ever slowing down. Our entire house is hardwood floors except for the bathrooms, and I cannot find a single scratch on the floors.
