Arrived right before 7 am, which was within the allotted time given of their arrival, so 5 stars for that. They walked through the apartment with me and made sure they knew what they needed to load into the moving truck. They moved the moving truck for me in a better position without needing my assistance. They were done in an hour. I am very impressed. If they move to Ohio, I will definitely use them again! Excellent service. The crew was very respectful of our belongings. I really couldn’t ask for better movers. Thank you, guys, so much!!!

Once they arrived an hour late they went straight to work unloading my storage container. I ordered two helpers for 3 hours mostly to unload the one with the heavy furniture and to set up the beds. They arrived with 3 helpers and a supervisor. I was not asked if it was ok to add two more workers to my bill. They just went to work. They were moving very fast and labeled boxes were just dropped off anywhere. Once they were finished at 2 1/2 hours unloading boxes I was told my the supervisor that he needed to call in to update the order to 4 helpers and wanted to use my phone to do it. When I questioned him he started with the line that he knew it would need more people so he just added them and now they got the job done in only 2 1/2 hours. He was in a hurry because they had to get to the next job. The job was not complete, the beds did not get put together.
Hire a helper was really nice about the whole thing and said that was not how it was suppose to work. I should have been asked before they started and I was not obligated to the extra expenses.
I used a different company to load and had also ordered 2 helpers for two hours. That company brought two helpers and a supervisor but never charged for the third person. I did have them stay an extra hour which I paid for.
I would not use them again.

Summary of review: workers were great, admin and scheduling was not. I had 2 movers, TJ and Noel, and both gentlemen were courteous, respectful, and hard workers. They loaded our boxes well, making sure we could fit everything into the truck. I felt our belongings were safe, respected, and in good hands. They also stayed until they really, really needed to get to their next job, which I appreciated. I would happily work with them again! However, for as great as their work was, we booked an arrival time between 6 and 7am, and they arrived at 8:02am, which resulted in them not being able to finish our move. The planning of the move was not ideal, but their work was very good. We did end up hiring another company to finish the job so we could still leave the day we intended to.
