"My Guys" adjusted their schedule to fit with mine. They worked in the rain and worked quickly and efficiently to move my things from the Packrat container and protect them from getting wet walking from the parking lot inside the apartment. They were friendly and efficient.
So why a 2? My wife and I packed the Packrat. We counted the furniture pads when it was delivered. We always locked it when we weren't there. Two pads were missing after the move. Only me and the 2 My Guys people were unpacking.
I called My Guys and asked if they might have them accidentally. They told me they only had a hand-truck in the trunk of the car when they came and that's all they had when they left.
I saw a furniture pad under the hand-truck when they pulled it out of the trunk of their car. I saw furniture pads in the trunk on top of the hand-truck when they left.

Fantastic! Brandon and Darylle(sp?) showed up early and were so pleasant. I thought it would take two and a half hours to move me up four flights of stairs and they were done in 35 minutes. They were careful with all my things and didn't leave until everything was where I wanted it. They were so hard working and professional and I would definitely hire them again.

The helpers came ready to work. They were very efficient. They were very professional and had a great attitude. I had called to change my scheduled time and the owner was very accomodating. The truck i rented ended up beign smaller than what was needed. The helpers were okay with two trips. I was happy with the move overall and would hire them again.

A couple of hours late showing up and it bit of attitude near the end of the job from one the 3 guys but they got the job done

They were pretty efficient for the first hour or so then slowed down towards the end! They continued to reassure us they could get all the things loaded numerous times until the end. Then we were left with many things unpacked! We had to unpack and repack the end of the load ourselves to get everything in and we had a surprise when we got to our destination! There were many furniture items rubbed raw, uncovered items broken but I guess you learn not to trust others to do a great job after all!
