Very nice men and generally careful. The buildings they were moving from and to were difficult to manuever. However, they didn't come prepared with the supplies we had requested which added to difficulty in moving and added additional hours to the move. They didn't seem to be concerned with how long it was taking, it ended up doubling our cost.

These guys were great. Conscientious and careful, they took the time to think through what they were going to do and how they were going to navigate corners and stairs to protect our home and our items. They were able to get a very heavy 5 drawer metal filing cabinet up the stairs with no issues. Timely and focused, Ray was great to work with and they got the job done in short order.

Yes they were on time; yes they showed up 100% prepared to do whatever i asked them to do. when they started to assemble the first piece of furniture we discovered I was missing some parts so they offered to go to the hardware store and purchase the missing parts Yes they did work hard when moving some shelving from the garage into the house instead of placing it as I first asked he decided to put it the way he thought would get the most pieces in the house in a small space and said if I didn't like it he could change it later. So now I have to higher them again to arrange the pieces as I originally requested. I have used them more than once in the past and will probably use them again in the future. I just need to have them give me a time estimate before the start working so we don't go over the 2 hours again. I start off highering 2 workers for 2 hours and so far everytime I've had to pay for 2 workers . which is getting ver costly. I try to higher them after I have a list of a number of projects to complete and prioritize what will get done on one visit and what will take a second trip to complete. After they left last night I realized some of the shelves they moved in from the garage were not placed where or how I has asked them to be place so I contacted them this morning and they came back out tonight and made everything right. I will definitely be hiring them again in the near future once I have a new list made.They are always very respectful of my property and try very hard to knock make any marks on the wall or laminated flooring.and I guess my list gets too long. They do need more micro-managing than I'd hoped for.
