They were efficient and handled the process really well. However, I have two comments:
1) I was contacted a day earlier the moving day for confirmation and if they could come an hour early and gave couple (good) reasons why they would prefer to come early. So, in that process, I left work early waiting for them, where they ended up coming at the time originally set. This caused me to change my work schedule at the last minute for no reason. Please keep that in mind for future.
2) While moving-in furniture, they made a mark on the wall, which at this point, I am not sure how big of a deal it would when I move-out. However, it was easily preventable, but gave reasons that I made a poor choice of setting up my furniture where if they were more careful, it would have been avoided completely.
They did a great job at the end. Thanks for all your help. My comments are not to be taken negatively, however the process could be perfected for your new customers.

I highly recommend Helping Hands Moving Company. Dennis and his team were professional, organized and efficient! They called the night prior to our move to confirm the place and time. They arrived on time prepared with all the pads, paper and wrap. We typically call our customers within an hour of receiving notification of booking.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always call our customers the day prior to moving to confirm the date and time. On the day of the move, our crew will show up with smiles on their faces and ready to work!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You can always call us with any questions prior to moving day. First and foremost, customers should RELAX. Items should be wrapped and packed in labeled boxes. Furniture pads should be purchased or rented - they are essential to protecting your belongings. If you are disassembling furniture before we arrive, put all hardware (screws, nuts, bolts) in a labeled baggie and tape it to the furniture or put it somewhere safe.
What types of moves have you handled?
You name it, we have done it! Labor services (loading, unloading, re-arranging furniture), Full Service Moves (white glove services with a truck), local moves, corporate moves, junk removal, deliveries.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We have met some pretty awesome customers. Moving can be very stressful, so it's always nice to hear that we have alleviated the stress that is associated with moving.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training methods are extremely hands on - our patient yet thorough crew leaders are experienced in teaching the industry's latest moving techniques to our newer staff members.
