Very helpful before the job. Uhaul wanted to schedule my truck for 10:00AM on the day my move, I called and they said the rental was for 24 hours and I should ask for the truck evening before move. When I called Uhaul they agreed to pick up 3:30 day before move with no change in price so we could move at 8:30am - great time saver!
Very good communication and always answered my calls. The move was very professionally done and it was obvious they knew what they were doing.
No issues with any aspect of the move.
I had 4 tires/wheels and they actually agreed to put the tires in their car!!! so to drive 1 time to my new place.

We always call our customers the day prior to moving to confirm the date and time. On the day of the move, our crew will show up with smiles on their faces and ready to work!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You can always call us with any questions prior to moving day. First and foremost, customers should RELAX. Items should be wrapped and packed in labeled boxes. Furniture pads should be purchased or rented - they are essential to protecting your belongings. If you are disassembling furniture before we arrive, put all hardware (screws, nuts, bolts) in a labeled baggie and tape it to the furniture or put it somewhere safe.
