Communication from Pack-Man was excellent from the start. Was contacted the morning of my move to see if it would be okay for the guys to come a bit earlier than the scheduled time- no problem! Guys called me when they were 30 min away, then 10 min away, and once they arrived they got to work immediately. Bona-fide hustlers. I don’t know how they did it, but it in less than an hour and a half they managed to unload my moving POD (parked three blocks away from the loading dock at my apartment complex) and pack everything neatly in the living room of my apartment without a single bump or scratch along the way. As a first time user of this kind of service I was initially skeptical, but I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of service from Pack-Man, the people, the convenience, the value, etc. Would definitely use them again for my next move (gasp!) and recommend them to any family or friends moving in the South Florida area!

Pack-Man movers was absolutely amazing. I had a nightmare of a move into my condo and due to last minute regulations of my condo building I had to completely change my moving request. I contacted Pack Man movers the day of with completely different needs and they accommodated me 1000%. They were very professional and went above and beyond to make the day seem less stressful. They were on time and even helped with setting my furniture up in my new place. If you are moving I would hire them again hands down without a question.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A concise email to confirm the exact details of your move and ensure the accuracy of the information provided. This email also provides our customers with the methods in which they can contact us: phone, text, email.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect a transparent, open line of communication prior to the team’s arrival. We’ll let you know when we are 10-15 mins away from your location. Customers can also expect that as the team arrives- THEY WILL GET TO WORK. The team works based on customer instructions for what items need to be packed, moved, disassembled/assembled, unloaded, etc. We have expert movers that will handle all goods carefully and load items snuggly and safely into your truck/pod/container.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We absolutely encourage open dialogue with our customers. There’s no silly questions or wrong questions. Our goal is to make your move as stressless and easy as possible. So to prepare for your move- let us know if items outside of what we supply is needed, let us know if there are heavy (400+) /awkward/ large / fragile items to make note of prior to moving day. Any information about the move would be helpful.
