DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY Me and my husband drove all the way from illinois. Had open communication with the owner Oshay the whole time we were on our way even messaged him 3 hours before the time of arrival and asked if we could start closer to the 4pm time. They told us they would be there at 4pm. We arrive to the house early and my husband begins unloading 4pm comes they don't show. We call they ignore our phone call. We call again they give us the FU button. Mind you I'm sitting in the truck 8 months pregnant while my husband is trying to unload since he wont allow me to help. We drove 15 hours and then they dont even have the decency to answer the phone and let us know they cannot make it so we can fine someone else. If your reading this do not book this company. Hire Speedy Movers instead they explained to us they covered all 5 off there jobs for them I was the 5th they where exhausted and still did a great job.

Pros: lines of communication open, movers were on time Cons: I had mentioned there were two flights of stairs involved. 2 guys for 2 hrs had never been a problem before. Both guys show up on time, at the risk of profiling one guy was clearly out of shape and I soon saw it would take longer than 2 hrs. They went back to their car to get gloves which they ended up forgetting. Then the process started. The one guy was huffing and puffing only after a few minutes, I was afraid he was going to pass out. Both spent time on their phones. I’m used to movers showing up with jugs of water; as they did not and requested some, I kept them in constant supply. But that wasn’t good enough, they asked to take a break at one point to run and get a cold beverage. I said I would, so I went to Target and got drinks which they didn’t like. I found out a day later that my apartment's maintenance guy happened to be walking by the situation outside and overheard the one guy saying on phone to a buddy “yo, I don’t know if I can do this”. I called the team leader and he brought in two extra guys for an additional hour, no charge. But my items were packed TERRIBLY and a lot of items were damaged in the move and rendered unusable :(. They are not replaceable items either, many are of sentimental value. I had an uneasy feeling from the getgo but sadly didn’t go with it. Despite netting, using tie-downs, and nothing shifting, important items are now wasted. The larger mover, the one complaining to his buddy in the phone, was clearly annoyed by the situation and struggling, when I had made it clear not only in the online reservation but also in a phone chat that there were two flights of stairs involved. My dresser, couch cushion, microwave, and mattress are just some of the items these movers destroyed when packing my stuff. Gifted items from loved ones and travel souvenirs were also broken :(. I sent photos of everything to the team manager who swore up and down to make things better but to no avail :(. I would really think twice about hiring these guys and maybe go with other movers that have similar ratings. Because this made a stressful move even more stressful.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

After booking with crunch time Moving you can expect a follow up conformation phone call to insure your booked service, time and locations of both load and unload help

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

At crunch time Moving you can expect us to be approximately 10-15 min early to your load/unload site.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

If already packed and ready to be loaded just assemble in order you'd like to load, at Crunch time Moving our customers are completely in charge. Also you can help buy having routes cleared in witch we would be going to load/unload. Door's propped open is also a solid prepare tactic.

What types of moves have you handled?

From one bed room/studio apartment up to 5+ bedroom houses we've done them from local residents afar as Utah and Kansas. We've done office rearrangement and moving as well as residential rearangement .

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Interacting with customers and making you'r job easier.

What training do you provide your crew members?

we do a full week of hands on training with each of our employees, and final day of customer support video training.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
