After repeatedly messaging me to start my move earlier (despite me telling them I couldn’t multiple times), they showed up an hour later than they said they would. The guy said he thought it was a 15 ft truck even though I told him via text that it was a 22ft truck and he was pretty upset about it. Then they proceeded to just throw everything into the truck. Nothing was stacked up properly, furniture was sticking out randomly. We had to repack the furniture about halfway through the move. They worked fast, but the end result wasn’t great.
