Arrived over an hour after the end of tye scheduled window. Carried wardrobe boxes upside down- clothes did not stay on hangers. Did not pack all boxes first to be partitioned off by king mattress as requested. One helper left about 15-20 minutes before the end of the 2nd hour without any notice to me. Reminded workers of a mirror that needed to be loaded 3-4 times - they kept assuring me they would, but it never made it onto the truck. I would not recommend these 2 workers- not knowledgeable about moving, and could not follow simple requests. Didn't even turn the 2 caster brake levers off on a rolling tool chest-- drug it diwn the sidewalk leaving rubber marks, wearing flat spots onto the wheels.

Dominic and crew showed up on time and immediately went to work. They were professional and handled our furniture with care. We were amazed with how effiecient they were when packing our truck. They were able to get all of our furniture and about 30 boxes in one 24 ft truck. I would definitely recommend Dependable Movers to anyone. We were very impressed by the 5 men who assisted us with our move.

Was difficult to connect with the same person I talked to on the phone the day before. Let him know I'd confirm our time that night- but he never got my message I guess so the whole move was delayed an hour. Had to call several times to get through to someone that day and ask if they were coming. The guys that came were very helpful and efficient. We're respectful of our stuff and consistently asked where to put things.
