What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We believe in communication. Moving can be stressful! The last thing we want you to worry about is if the movers actually exist. We are here and ready to work for you!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

On time service first and foremost. Our team has a clear start and end point. Having a clear plan allows for a smooth move and little time wasted.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Packing is a good start. Use the proper boxes for packing and stage items you are not taking in a corner or garage area. Color code or label boxes. We love your pets but have a space for them to avoid injury to them or anyone working within the home.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have handled all kinds of moves from small deliveries to long distance moves. We have done small office moves as well.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Tips! No really... good tips are an indicator of how well we worked that day and there is nothing more rewarding then knowing a client is satisfied. Tips of course aren't the only indicator. Customers tell us all the time how great we are and that we are life savers.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We actually follow the Hireahelper movers academy guide for movers and plenty of on site training. There are lots of tricks and angles involved in moving that you can only learn from experience.
