Did. It even show up and refused to be here until the evening . Had to load everything ourselves. Hire a helper did not find a replacement. They took my money thought. Do not use this company or hire a helper . Have text messages about the companies mess up . I want a immediate refund. I confirmed on Friday with the company for Sunday 8-9 am arrival time

The two men who helped us move were on time, in fact they were early which was convenient for us and appreciated. Before unloading I gave them a brief run down of the rooms everything needed to go to, which was done accurately. Although the items were placed in the correct rooms, it was done haphazardly and without care. Like items were not grouped together or organized, just placed wherever there was space in the room- this itself wasn’t the issue, the issue was in one room rugs were thrown on top of other items and ended up breaking several beams to our bed which will have to be rebuilt because they cannot be ordered. When moving our chest of drawers the chest was dropped, which scruffed up the front face and damaged several of the drawers which need to be reassembled. The main mover had a positive attitude and worked hard, his partner however never spoke at all and didn’t seem motivated to do the job. I am glad they did the work, but it was not very efficient nor did it seem professional.
