The best review I can give both the moving company and hire a helper is no review at all. I will say HIRE YOUR OWN MOVER. The worst moving experience of my life.

Our team worked hard to fulfill the requirements of your move, including staying additional hours beyond the agreed-upon time, at no extra charge, to help meet your needs. However, we understand the inconvenience caused by not being able to return the next day to move the remaining items. As noted, you initially ordered one truck, and it was fully loaded by the time we finished.

We appreciate your understanding and are truly sorry for any frustration this caused.

Nothing but good things to say. We had movers cancel at the last minute and needed movers before leaving town. KBA movers agreed to appear the same day to move a very heavy pool table. They were on time, polite and moved the pool table out of the basement. Thank you for your help.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

On moving day, our professional crew will arrive promptly at the scheduled time, calling ahead to confirm they're on the way. Our team will conduct a thorough walk-through to assess the items being moved and discuss any special considerations. We'll carefully wrap and protect your furniture, use proper equipment for heavy items, and strategically load the truck to maximize space and ensure safe transport. Our goal is to make your moving day stress-free through efficient, careful handling of your belongings.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

For a smooth move, we recommend: complete packing beforehand (unless booking our packing service), labeling boxes clearly, emptying furniture drawers, disassembling beds if possible, creating clear pathways, setting aside valuables and essentials, disconnecting appliances, and informing us of any fragile items requiring special attention.

What types of moves have you handled?
