They were running behind on moving day, which was fine because our truck wasn't ready in time anyway. But they brought an extra person to help the move go faster and still got done in plenty of time for us. The owner was one of those who came to help move. Very respectful and knocked out a 12ft truck in just a few hours (both loading and unloading - we used U-Pack to ship to town and loaded into a U-Haul truck to take and unload into our three-bedroom apt). Would use again for next move.

Always judge by how they handle a problem not that they did not have a problem. We had a issue with one of the crew. The other was working hard to keep the unloading process moving. Contacting my contact person he assured me he was on the way to see the job was done properly. I will say that he arrived and all started to fall in place. The fact I had a good follow up before the actual unloading made me feel comfortable it would be taken care of and it was.
