The guys were courteous and fast. When it became obvious that all my stuff was not going to fit in the Pod they informed me and we were able to start prioritizing. They are all master Terri’s players and we’re able to as much as possible in the unit. Great Job!

They did a good job overall. There was a minor setback because of the rain, but in the end the men moved quickly and was respectful of my things.

The leader was pretty good. Unfortunately the 2 additional helpers were horrible. The PODS were packed terribly. I’ll guarantee you that we will have numerous broken items. They had no respect for my property and it showed. There was no planning nor knowledge of how to pack household goods. They damaged my leather sofa forcing it through the front door and broke the brick on my front stoop simply by not knowing how to operate a two wheeled dolly. Had they put some thought into how to pack the PODS they would have fit everything I wanted in them, but I was left to sell numerous items at a loss due to their incompetence. I tipped them because they are nice guys but as far movers, no way!!
In summary, I am sorry but I wouldn’t recommend them to one of my worst enemies. If I’m able to I’ll post the amount of damage done when we unpack the PODS in Nashville early next year I will. It WILL be extensive.
