I’ve used movers through HireAHelper several times, and this was the first experience where the company didn’t seem to have the proper equipment or tools to handle heavier furniture. Because of that, one of my items ended up getting damaged during the unloading process.
They did arrive on time and completed the job, but overall the experience felt a bit unprepared compared to other movers I’ve worked with in the past. I was expecting a smoother process and better handling of my pieces. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I was definitely disappointed given how positive some of my previous moves have been.

Hands down the best moving experience EVER—and I don’t say that lightly. I’ve moved more times than I care to admit: some moves were fine, some were tolerable, and a few left me rocking in the corner, questioning my life choices. But these guys? Absolute legends.
They arrived on time (already a miracle in the moving world), and from the jump it was clear I was in the hands of professionals. Friendly, upbeat, and efficient as hell—they worked together like a perfectly choreographed dance crew, only with furniture instead of jazz hands.
They were organized, careful with every single box, and still managed to move faster than I thought humanly possible. No broken dishes, no mystery scratches, no disappearing acts. Just pure moving magic.
I kept waiting for the usual chaos, but nope—these guys turned what should have been a stress marathon into the easiest day of my week. They wrapped things up with such positive energy that the day ended in smiles, laughter, and even a few celebratory high-fives. Honestly, if I could hire them to follow me around in life and keep everything this smooth, I would.
If you’re even thinking about moving, stop scrolling, stop stressing—just book them. You won’t just get movers, you’ll get superheroes in sneakers.

I knew this service would be an issue when they started complaining as soon as they entered the door. To top it off, one of the guys used my bathroom and pee'd on the floor. Not a lot of hustle...definitely DID NOT enjoy their jobs.
