HICKS BROTHERS MOVING SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS! Moving is one of the top 5 stressors in life. I am moving across the country and hired this company to load my rental truck. I called and confirmed with the owner, Marlon, the evening before. He assured me they would be here at the scheduled time. He even said he would probably be on the job as well. At the expiration of the time frame, I texted and called for an ETA. I get that things come up and people run late from other jobs. No problem, but at least contact your client who is waiting. Marlon did not answer the phone. I called the other posted number. I got a female stating this was not his phone. When I explained where I had obtained the number, she said she would contact him and get back with me. No response. I texted Hire and Helper. They called me within minutes and I explained the situation. I was on hold for 10 minutes while she attempted to contact Marlon via text and calling both numbers I had called. She got the exact same response. Thankfully, Hire a Helper found someone last minute to assist with my move. HICKS BROTHERS MOVING SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. NO ONE SHOULD RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS. MARLON HICKS MUST BE INDEPENDENTLY W WEALTHY TO NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS.

These guys did an awesome job. I booked 10 feet space in the trailer and they fitted everything in 7 feet. I would like to recommend these guys.
