The team was punctual and efficient in our move! They were moving furniture back in after refinishing our floors and I was so nervous but they were extremely careful. The guys were also patient while I put pads on legs of items being brought back in. I was very pleased.

On Time - cheerful, efficient and flexible. I needed to make load from two locations and thennunload at a third for storage and Roland and his team were up for all of it! Would definitely recommend for other moving labor help. They had wrap, furniture dollies, hand trucks and the right mix of muscle and thoughtfulness to handle any job.

It was ok. I had a few issues with the service.
They packed some ok my rented blankets and I got charged for them.
We had a bunch of things on our front porch to donate and they asked if they could have some of them (which I had no problem with). They took several minutes to pick through and carry items to their car. I asked them to not charge me if we went a few minutes over since they were taking time away from moving to go through and load items, and they said they "of course" would not charge me. We went 15 minutes past my time of 2 hours and I was charged for an extra half hour. This was very frustrating.
My phone battery had run out so I told them I would mark the job completed as soon as I could get it charged. One of them essentially harassed me and forced me to call from his phone to add the extra half hour of service. I would never EVER use this service again as I felt like if I didn't do it, things would get contentious.
The whole ordeal was pretty unprofessional. If I knew it would be like that, I would have just hired a couple of guys from Thumbtack for a lot less money.

The guys were very hard workers and very respectful to us. However, they were kinda careless moving the furniture. A couple pieces of furniture were damaged. We would probably use them again if they were more careful.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your moving date you will receive a call when our team is on their way to you. While we have an hour window for arrival our goal is to be as prompt as possible. If we see that a possible delay from your scheduled time will occur, we will contact you immediately to keep you informed. Our friendly team will arrive ready to work and get you moved as efficiently and safely as possible. Most of our customers are pleasantly Amazed at how well we get the job done. We look forward to meeting you!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The better you prepare before we arrive the faster your move will go. However, If you need packing assistance or moving tips please don't hesitate to call. Note: Quilted Moving Blankets are the key to better protecting your furniture pieces! Fully packed moving boxes and padding fragile pieces is important also. Please have extra supplies for moving day handy. Pods customers: If your containers arrive earlier or later than expected, don't worry, we will work with you!
