They guys arrived early. They got right to work. They were moving stuff from a POD to our home and garage. They got done quick and efficiently. Aida checked on them which usually doesn't happen to check their progress. I would definitely use them again or recommend them.

I have to give these guys a 2 out of 5. They were onetime and nice, but they did not come prepared with the proper tools to take a bed apart, they were not in a hurry to move anything, and stopped frequently to talk. I've had entire houses packed up on a truck before in under three hours in the past, yet these guys took 2 hours to put a book shelf, and a dresser and a bunk bed on a trailer. I would not recommend them if you're looking to get moved in in adequate timeframe.

They keep a crew on standby for us as we have used them around 10 times in the past month and half. We will continue to call them for moves as long as they will work with us!!!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your moving date you will receive a call when our team is on their way to you. While we have an hour window for arrival our goal is to be as prompt as possible. If we see that a possible delay from your scheduled time will occur, we will contact you immediately to keep you informed. Our friendly team will arrive ready to work and get you moved as efficiently and safely as possible. Most of our customers are pleasantly Amazed at how well we get the job done. We look forward to meeting you!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The better you prepare before we arrive the faster your move will go. However, If you need packing assistance or moving tips please don't hesitate to call. Note: Quilted Moving Blankets are the key to better protecting your furniture pieces! Fully packed moving boxes and padding fragile pieces is important also. Please have extra supplies for moving day handy. Pods customers: If your containers arrive earlier or later than expected, don't worry, we will work with you!
