Harmony Movers showed up late and refused to stay for more than one hour, despite their two hour minimum and a confirmed two-hour booking. One of the movers became argumentative and insulted me before leaving early, because he still wanted to be paid for two hours, despite his refusal to work for more than one hour. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
