FJ Movers are scammers! Hired 2 helpers for 2 hours to load my moving truck between 3:00pm and 4:00pm and a Friday. Got a called from the owner named Joe at 4:45pm saying that he would not show up for possibly another 2 or 3 hours. He called 2 hours later saying that he was not coming and would come between 10am and 10:30am the following morning. The next morning I called him at 10:45am and he didn't answer the phone. I tried calling him for the next 2 hours and he refused to answer the phone or return my calls after I left him voicemails. I had scramble to find movers on a Saturday afternoon to load my truck to finish the job. AVOID FJ MOVERS AT ALL COSTS!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL RUIN YOUR MOVE!!!!

They showed up on time, were friendly, and took good care of our property. Joe was good with keeping me up to speed on how things were going and asked questions when necessary. He and his partner worked hard on a day with intermittent rain and came through with helping us unload our Pack Rat containers.

What types of moves have you handled?
FJ Movers has handled local & long distance moves, office & commercial business moves, as well as full service moves. We may not have been in business as long as some of our competitors but we have been handling moves for more than 10 years combined. There is no type of move that is too big or too small!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite parts about being a mover is not only getting to meet new people but to travel places all over the country during our long distance moves. Another thing great about being a mover is we do not have a pre-set schedule to follow, some days we may work only 2 or 3 hours & others we may end up working 10+ hours!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide our crew members with "hands-on" training, meaning each new crew member is sent out with a more experienced crew to a real move. They are given smaller tasks to start with such as organizing the truck or simply carrying the smaller, lighter items. Once we feel they are comfortable enough doing the work, we show them the safest & simplest ways to lift &/or move heavier/larger items. The customer is asked in advance if they will allow us to send an extra crew member in training & is free of charge.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
