I was a little worried when the guys showed up without a dolly. However, they were wonderful. They got all my stuff into my apartment in 2 hours, despite horrible heat and humidity. They also stayed late to help me install my air conditioner. Really great guys, professional, respectful and awesome job.

After confirming with the contact person about the arrival time of the moving guys, the men showed up two hours late!! I believe only one was from the moving company. They brought no moving equipment as I had specified online with Hire a Helper. They wore no back braces. They had no system for moving and several times I thought someone was going to get hurt. I was very nervous the entire time.

They took their sweet time loading the truck. Went two hours over. I found them talking a lot about what needed to go where and what to grab next. One of the guys made some seriously rude comments under his breath about the amount of bins and boxes I had them move. I ended up bringing a lot of things out for them on my own because they were so slow. If I wanted to move things on my own I wouldn't have hired them!
They said the truck needed to be loaded properly or else things would get damaged. Well things got damaged in the move. Not happy about my scratched antique hutch and scratched and dented headboards.

I was very impressed, they called in advance to let me know that they were on their way and arrived a few minutes early. I was only planning on using them to unload some heavy dressers, etc but they were so quick we had enough time to go get another load a few miles away and unload that. If I had it to do again, I would not have tried doing some of the loading in advance, they were much quicker than me and I could have avoided the sore muscles the next day. I would highly recommend The Right Choice to anyone requiring moving assistance.

Worth the price. I think it's cheaper if you cut out the middle man, but HireaHelper made it easy for me on both ends of a one-BR bachelor guy move with few friends in the area and none who could be counted on to lug boxes for two hours.
