They arrived on time and quickly got everything into the U-Haul truck. They brought their hand trucks and began the job as soon as they arrived. The job required two guys for two hours, and they were able to get it done in that time frame. One of the movers mistakenly thought the glass top of my vanity was plastic, and it shattered. He quickly let me know and offered me a new glass top. So, he took the vanity for the correct measurement and returned it to me today. It looks great! Mistakes happen, and I was not upset in the least. They were friendly, quick, and did their job very well. I would recommend them and use them again if I needed to.

Mark & Mark were both friendly, efficient and experienced. I hired them to move my 3 bedroom house into a container for long distance shipping. I was pleasantly suprised when they showed up about 15 minutes early which gave them time to asses the amount of furniture and boxes I had, ask questions, and develop a plan for packing that would make upacking the easier later. They worked flawlessly together, were very professional, even giving me unloading tips for the movers at the other end. They worked quickly and finished about 30 minutes early.

The guys did an amazing job! They were so quick and efficient. They way they loaded the truck was perfect. When we unloaded it I couldn’t believe how well they put everything in there, and it was so secure! Bummed I didn’t hire them to unload everything too!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We take a team-based approach to every move, and the level of efficiency we can achieve greatly depends on how ready the customer's belongings are. To help ensure a smooth and timely process, we ask that all items be fully packed in boxes of containers before our team arrives. Helpful tip: Fully pack each box; a well-packed box is less likely to collapse and is more stable when stacked to form a secure wall inside the moving truck or container. This helps to protect your belongings.
