Our actual mover was amazing - Marcel was his name. We requested 2 movers and the company only sent 1. Marcel brought a friend to help and unfortunately the friend was nice but never moved before. So they went 2 hours over and 85% of our furniture is in the living room because they couldn’t move it upstairs, due to the inexperienced friend helping. Definitely would not recommend with the unnecessary upcharge and all the work we have to now put in to moving our furniture
EDIT: Customer was reimbursed $350. More than necessary compensation for the trouble.

Anthony was extremely helpful. He was respectful and considerate of our belongings, taking care at every turn when stacking and placing items in the apartment. He was inventive and super smart about the best way to move things in the freight elevator. He was on time and ready to work. Anthony worked diligently and had energy up until the last minute. We are so grateful that he was there to help us move! We would definitely call him again.

They really were great It rained the whole time. They were helpful and friendly I had stuff going and some staying they did forget glass shelves of cabinet they packed and a ceiling shade. But it was my fault as well I did not pick up on it

Excellent text and phone communication. Very flexible. Packed truck very well. Showed up on time (I chose the first appointment of the day). Although we only moved about 5 miles, this was the first time nothing was broken. I would definitely use again although I hope to never move again.
