They were SLOW. Like eat-a-burger-between-each-piece-of-furniture slow. The slowness seemed pretty deliberate on their part too, like they were trying to milk the gig for extra hours. They also decided that they couldn't move a TV off the wall because they "didn’t have the right tools" and left a mess instead.

Dave and Paul were exceptionally helpful in unloading my PODS into my home. They were careful to lay out moving blankets to protect the floors, doors, and islands in the house, and took their time to get everything unloaded safely and efficiently. They even managed to get an incredibly heavy treadmill base to the second floor! I would highly recommend using them again.
